Laura B. Moss, LCSW Psychotherapist/Owner

Laura Moss, LCSW has a Masters in Social Work and has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She has been a psychotherapist since 1994. She has been supervising other therapists in child and family therapy since 2000. She has developed anger management groups and led a variety of therapy groups. She was awarded certificates in adoption therapy and clinical supervision.

After a decade of experience, Laura realized that conventional psychotherapy was inadequate for meeting certain emotional needs critical to client recovery. She began to explore body-oriented approaches and integrated the better aspects with her traditional techniques. She finds that healing occurs much more rapidly using meditation and focusing on the functions of the behavioral system. She continues to study the emotional healing process in adults and children.
